Hidden gem with best coffee in Kuta

Kuta, as one of the developed areas in Bali, doesn’t lack big names of coffee, but many of them played the safe cards by presenting full-bodied with minimal or no traces of bright acidity, which tended to be a lil boring.

But this small cafe—that reminded me a lil of Blue Bottle—finally got me satisfied. Even with a single shot, the flat white managed to carry a huge body while having a prominent citrusy acidity that makes everything more interesting.

And it’s served on a wide shallow cup. A detail that was not only rare but also something I personally found ideal for espresso drink because that way each sip will have crema more evenly taken in.

And the interior design has a handcrafty vibe that feels like the owner has put a lot of thoughts into running the place. In fact the upper floor is currently under renovation, so I believe the place is going to be just more uniquely mesmerizing soon.
