The beach is fairly crowded and lively, but there is space to sit alone and leisurely enjoy the setting sun.

You can rent a beach bed to watch or sit on the sand and enjoy it 🙆‍♀️

Vendors will approach you, but if you don’t need anything, just say "Tidak" (meaning "no" in Indonesian) to politely decline.
The ladies speak Japanese well.

The best time is during low tide when the water reflects like a mirror, and 15 to 20 minutes after the sun has set.
The magic hour is truly stunning.
You’ll want to keep watching the sky as it changes moment by moment, making it hard to leave the spot.

The sunset, which you want to see over and over again, is one of my favorite times spent in Bali 🫶
