A 5-Day Trip to Bali, the Island of Rest and Healing



The five days in Bali were a time for both body and mind to rest. On the first day, I enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere while watching the sunset at Kuta Beach. On the second day, I moved to Ubud and got closer to nature by strolling through the terraced rice fields and Monkey Forest. The third day started with spa and yoga, and in the afternoon, I experienced Balinese culture by visiting traditional markets and temples. On the fourth day, I enjoyed marine activities in Nusa Dua and had a delicious dinner of fresh seafood by the beach. On the last day, I savored the lingering feeling of the trip while drinking coffee at a quiet café and wrapped up the journey. It was a trip where I found true rest in the slowly flowing time.
