An Amazing Family Getaway

Our four-night stay was simply delightful. Our Grand Deluxe room was near the pool and the breakfast spot， Pala. It was roomy， spotless， and the bed was incredibly plush and comfortable. Our 4-year-old daughter adored the kids club， especially the crafts and tie-dye t-shirt making. Meri at the kids club was so kind and ensured our daughter had a great time! She loved the children's pool and slides， perfect for kids of all sizes. The lounge chairs in the kids pool area were a nice touch too. The main pool was stunning; warm yet refreshing， and the food， drinks， and service were all excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bai Yun， offering the best hot pot ever! Thanks to Trisna for her outstanding service! We also highly recommend dining at the Reef Beach club， where Widi made our daughter feel special by crafting her a paper rose! Breakfast at Pala was splendid， boasting a wide array of food! Erinta and Sri provided top-notch service. The Spa was a serene and lovely experience; I highly suggest getting a massage here and requesting Perni! This is one of the top family resorts， where our daughter felt truly special throughout our stay. She especially enjoyed the resort buggy， which she called the bumblebee!
