During my trip to Uluwatu, I stopped by Braud Cafe! The atmosphere was incredibly stylish and clean ✨. The interior featured a white tone with wooden accents, giving it a refreshing yet warm vibe. Perhaps because there were many foreign visitors, the cafe had a slight European charm.

The highlight here is definitely the bakery 🥐. I ordered a croissant and their signature coffee, and the croissant was the epitome of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! The buttery aroma was rich and savory, making it satisfying even on its own. The coffee had a subtle acidity with a clean aftertaste, and the iced latte was quite strong, pairing perfectly with the bakery items ☕️.

Among the cafes in Uluwatu, this one is relatively quiet and perfect for a leisurely breakfast or brunch. The prices are slightly higher compared to Bali's usual standards, but considering the quality of the bread, it was well worth it 👍.
