Outstanding Services and Comfort at Courtyard by Marriott

We spent four nights at Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua, Bali, and I must express that the services offered truly surpassed our expectations. The customer service representatives at the reception desk, housekeeping team, concierge, and all the staff at Momo Restaurant worked hard to ensure our stay was both comfortable and welcoming. Kudos to Adi and Ulan at Momo; their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel at home during our stay. We reserved a king room with a pool view, which was spacious, modern, cozy, and quiet. We received an upgrade to a premium room featuring a spa. The swimming pool is the standout feature of this hotel. Since Courtyard by Marriott shares facilities with Marriott Garden, guests have access to both swimming pools and restaurants. Breakfast at Courtyard by Marriott was excellent, offering a wide selection of dishes with above-average quality. I particularly enjoyed the Asian section of breakfast, where freshly cooked noodle soup is available. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Bali Collection, where a variety of restaurants can be found, offering Western, Italian, Indonesian, Burmese, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines. If we return to Bali, we will definitely choose Courtyard by Marriott again.
