Exceptional Service in Canggu

Where to begin! From the very moment we arrived, the service has been nothing short of exceptional! The resort truly provides a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Canggu. We spent two nights here at the conclusion of an extended trip around Bali and the islands. The dining at all restaurants is superb - everything is prepared fresh and tastes delicious. We tried Sazon, chef Andrew Walsh’s restaurant in collaboration with Regent, offering fine dining in a stylishly relaxed atmosphere. Andrew is about to open a second restaurant here, which I believe will be remarkable as well! The cleanliness of the resort is astonishing; every detail is taken care of. The staff always seem one step ahead, prepared without you even realizing it. The pool areas are gorgeous, spacious, and calming, complete with enticing Bali beds, comfortable loungers, and a perfectly tempered pool. Our room is magnificent; we stayed in a King bed suite with an ocean view. The hotel provided us with access to the Regent Club, which was a wonderful perk. From 11 a.m., there's all-day dining and drinks included, along with a private infinity pool area and more lovely Bali beds. The beach is pristine with direct access from the Beach House, where you'll find another delightful pool and laid-back ambiance. On Fridays and Saturdays, there’s a DJ spinning mellow tunes as the sun sets—a perfect spot to enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Just outside the hotel, you'll discover upscale dining, shopping, and relief from heavy traffic congestion. Look no further, as this stunning resort offers everything for an amazing vacation! I just wish we could have stayed a few more nights!
