Opened in 1990, this restaurant have a pretty amusing story as to how they got their name. They thought long and hard about it, but couldn’t seem to find the right Balinese name that translated well into English as well. One morning, during a tropical monsoon, a flock of ducks came in to the restaurant from the rice field across the road. They crossed the new flooring and tables, leaving muddy footprints behind them, and it was these first guests that inspired the name!
What I ate:
Rice Paper Rolls
Crispy Duck Leg with an array of Balinese specialties
Ayam Suir Bali
Would go again without any hesitation!
