A slow journey through time

❤️Battambang's attractions include the bamboo train, Ek Phnom Temple, rice paper making workshops, Banan Temple, the bat cave and killing cave, as well as old houses in the city, Wat Samrong Knong Temple, and a crocodile farm. You can visit all these places with a chartered car for a day—USD 20 for a full day, USD 10 for half a day. Drivers will approach you as soon as you get off the bus, so just negotiate a price.
Wat Ek Phnom: An ancient temple from the 11th century. The lintel is carved with a depiction of the Churning of the Milk Ocean, as if telling an ancient story. On the way to the temple, you'll see endless rice paddies and small villages, like a beautiful painting~

Bamboo Train: The most unique train in the world. Departing from Dambong, it travels along the tracks at 15 km per hour, taking you on a journey through unique scenery!
