Outstanding GH Universal Hotel

I stayed there for a short escape from Jakarta.
Check in was smooth and swift, they're quickly assist with the room move when i request to move to the non smoking room. The room is nice and clean, facing to the pool.
I was also impressed the staff, who help me to arrange a surprise birthday cake, unfortunately i cant remember the name.
Breakfast was also nice & delicious as there are many choices from asian to western.
The deco of this hotel is very special - high end luxury with the black concrete, high ceiling and white large glass window which you can find it only in Europe. Everyone here was really friendly and helpful. Overall I'm very impressed and recommend this to everyone: family and couple.
