Garlic Prachachuen: Delicious, Affordable, and Michelin-Awarded

This long-standing restaurant in the Prachachuen area has gained immense popularity recently. Not only has it been awarded the Bib Gourmand Michelin 2025, but its famous crab omelet has also become a trending dish. Priced at just 320 baht, you get a generous portion, which explains why the restaurant is always packed. I called to reserve a table and got the last one upstairs. Upon arrival, I ordered several dishes, and as always, everything was delicious. I highly recommend trying other menu items like the squid with shrimp paste (though the portion is small, it's very tasty), stir-fried shiitake mushrooms, and the coconut shrimp tom yum soup, which has a perfectly balanced sweetness. You can also opt for river prawns starting at 160 baht each. The service is excellent, with plenty of staff refilling rice and water consistently. The prices are reasonable, which is likely why the restaurant has remained popular for so long. Truly impressive!

The restaurant's long history is evident, as most customers are retirees enjoying gatherings with wine and river prawns. As for us office workers, we opted for glass prawns instead and focused on ordering a variety of dishes. :3
