Kobe is a Japanese restaurant where is located at 6th floor in Central Rama 3. You can go to this restaurant by Taxi or drive your own car there. There is car park at Central Rama 3. This restaurant is the first Japan steakhouse in Thailand. It is quite an old Japanese steak restaurant in Thailand because it is established since 1978.
