ร้าน Le Du ร้าน Fine Dining : Michelin 1 star

Review of Le Du Fine Dining Restaurant: Michelin Star 1 ⭐️

✨ Michelin Star 1 ⭐️ award for 5 consecutive years with Fine Dining restaurant, modern Thai food by Chef Ton Thitit and Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 award, No. 1 ‼️ with Le Du (season)

👨‍🍳 Chef Ton Thitit Tasanakajorn, a talented chef with experience in many restaurants from America and returned to open this restaurant in Thailand, Le Du, including other restaurants such as Nusara, Lan Yai Nusara, Baan, Merai Pad Thai Wine Bar, Thepnakorn Boat Noodles and Samut

📌 Le Du is located in Soi Silom 7, Silom Road. The shop can park at Trinity Complex.

⭐️ Le Du (season) is a restaurant in the category of Modern Thai-Inspired Eatery, serving only course menus, both 4 course menus (3900++) and 6 course Testing menus (4500++ ) Including selling Signature menus such as Khao Khluk Kapi, Grilled River Prawn as well

✅ Today, we present the Testing Menu 6 course (price 4500++)

▶️ Starting with Amuse Bouche including Oyster Crackers with Chili Paste, Mataba, Flower Fish, Mushroom Tart, etc., good taste, with Thai flavors

▶️ The first dish is similar to a refreshing salad, consisting of shrimp, sea grapes and chili sauce

▶️ Khao Chae: It doesn't look like Khao Chae, but if you close your eyes and eat it together, this is Khao Chae ‼️ Starting with Jasmine ice cream instead of Jasmine Khao Chae, pork balls and small bell peppers on the outside instead of bell peppers, shredded pork to eat on the bottom and shrimp paste that maintains the original appearance, very delicious

▶️ Khao Jee with Fried Red Ant Eggs and Sea Bass: You heard me right, the chef stuffed red ant eggs into sticky rice and fried it like Khao Jee. Paired with sea bass

▶️ Crispy soft-shell crab, served with curry sauce and butterfly pea rice. This dish has perfectly crispy soft-shell crab, and the curry sauce is delicious.

▶️ Thai Wagyu beef with Khao Soi sauce. The quality Thai beef is soft and just right, paired with Khao Soi sauce 👍

✨ The restaurant's signature dish is Khao Khluk Kapi, river shrimp (1,200 baht++) Khao Khluk Kapi

🍰 Desserts: Start with roselle sorbet // The main course is a dessert called Khanom Sangkhaya with mango ice cream and fresh fruits. It's delicious and the dessert looks good too.

🍮 Finally, the Petit of Four is a mixed fruit, pumpkin dessert, and mochi dessert that's similar to Khao Tom Mat.
