As for the soup, there are 5 types to choose from.
You can choose up to 3 soups/pot.

As for the dipping sauce bar, it costs 40.- / person, including fruits, salads, various pickled vegetables, and lemon juice, refillable as much as you want, super worth it.

The atmosphere inside is decorated in a luxurious Chinese style, and there is also a banquet room. Most importantly, the staff here are very good.
