🏖️【Bangkok】The Grand Palace Guide: Glittering Gold, Sunscreen Essential

🚄Thailand Travel Guide: Bangkok's Landmark Grand Palace: A Photo Guide

Bangkok's must-see destinations. I think every city has its landmarks, and the Grand Palace is a must-see for almost everyone. If I had to describe it in four words, it would be "golden glitter." It's so shimmering and luxurious.

🏖️Bangkok is much hotter than Chiang Mai, with saunas everywhere.

The Grand Palace is even hotter; the air feels stagnant and instantly suffocating. It's so packed that if you encounter a tour group, you'll struggle to find a place to stay, let alone take photos.

We arrived at the Grand Palace at 2:00 PM. There were so many people that I didn't want to take any photos. Even photoshop software couldn't erase them. I just snapped the scenery and the rooftops. I still saw many people snapping away with their cameras and phones. I recommend wearing brightly colored clothing for a more stylish look. I saw some women wearing red and yellow dresses; they stood out in the crowd.

The Grand Palace has a very strict dress code! Women must wear bottoms that go below the knee and avoid showing shoulders. Men must wear long pants and slippers. Shoes must be removed upon entering the temple. §/hats/sunglasses∞•/No photos allowed. X

💫!! The weather was incredibly hot, so I recommend bringing an umbrella or a hat, and be sure to wear sunscreen. It was so hot there that I didn't really feel like taking photos, so I just snapped some of the scenery.
