A shop selling big bowls of Kuay jap in Silom. It's really good. The bowls are big and satisfying. And what looks really delicious is the crispy pork. So I tried ordering a bowl with plain rice. It was really filling. The crispy pork is amazing. The food is as advertised. The price is reasonable. I didn't have to wait long for the food. They also provide pork ribs to eat while waiting for the food. It's really great. I'll try the Kuay jap next time. But I saw that the Kuay jap here has really big pieces of offal. If you like offal, this is definitely the place for you. 🤤
