This is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant from Hakata, Fukuoka.
The pork bone broth is simmered overnight and paired with tender, delicious chashu pork.

This time, we ordered:

Mega Chashu Ramen: a rich pork bone broth ramen with tare sauce imported from Fukuoka.

Black Mega Chashu Ramen: a dark broth ramen with mayu (roasted garlic oil) sauce.

Gyoza: Gyoza dumplings with a rich, flavorful pork filling.

Tofu Salad: a tofu salad topped with generous portions of dried fish, incredibly fragrant.

Hot Tea: refillable hot green tea.

Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream: Hokkaido milk ice cream, perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
