Tonkatsu Wako at Icon Siam is a Japanese restaurant famous for its crispy outside and soft inside tonkatsu. The pork loin and tenderloin are juicy and well-rounded in flavor. Eat it with carefully cooked Japanese rice and miso soup that gives a well-rounded flavor. Pickled vegetables cut through the richness. There are also side dishes such as fresh cabbage that you can refill as much as you want. The tonkatsu sauce here has a rich flavor that enhances the deliciousness. The restaurant offers 2 types: regular sauce and yuzu sauce. The restaurant has a simple atmosphere and good service, making a meal here an impressive experience for those who love Japanese food.

The menu I ordered was:
- Large Tonkatsu Loin Rice (450 baht) with a large portion. The meat outside is crispy on the bread, while the pork inside is juicy and has a bit of fat. But I personally think that the bread dough is a bit thick, so it gets greasy later on.

- Sirloin Tonkatsu (360 baht) The sirloin has no fat at all, but the meat is still soft.

I personally want the restaurant to add more soup and vegetables because it helps to cut the greasy feeling a lot.
