Travel Dlux invites you to a luxurious dinner on the 5th floor with a swimming pool view of Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok. We come across an Indian-style Grill restaurant again. When we arrived, I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant first. It is on the swimming pool floor of the hotel. The decoration style is beautiful and luxurious no matter where you look. They say that the tandoor chicken here is very delicious. You have to come and try it. (The hotel is on Sukhumvit Soi 11.)
Starting with the Appetizer, it is a thin and crispy dough with onion and lemon, mango sauce, tomato sauce and mint, spread with 3 different flavored sauces. I'm not very familiar with it yet. Let's move on to the Starter, grilled broccoli marinated in yogurt. Served in a very appetizing way, eaten with Murgh Malai Kebab, which is also chicken marinated in yogurt. It is delicious, fragrant, and has no smell that makes it difficult to eat. The taste is good. For those who want to eat chicken biryani, I have to say that Murgh Yakhni Biryani is served in a pot. Mix and eat with yogurt. Personally, I like Murgh Malai Kebab very much. It's easier to eat. It goes well with broccoli. There's also Tandoori Parantha. Eat it hot and it's as delicious as eating roti. As for the drinks I tried, they were Lime+Mint+Soda and
Ginger Cucumber Fizz.
Both Ginger Cucumber and Herbal are served in a glass. I like that it cuts the richness. It's easy to eat and very refreshing. There's also a special dessert called Journey To New Delhi. Gulab Jamun, salted caramel ice cream, almond crumble, decorated with dried roses. Gulab Jamun is a bit sweet, but when eaten with ice cream, it's okay. It's perfect. Eating new food is like a form of travel. You'll get a very different dinner experience.
