I’d like to share with you a delicious Hainanese chicken rice meal I had at True Digital Park shopping mall in Bangkok! 🍚🐔

The big sign of this restaurant is particularly eye-catching: Fu Chicken Rice~ and there is a big rooster at the door. Being a Hainanese chicken chain, I have tried their signature dish at other locations as well.

The seats in this restaurant are comfortable, and it is very convenient to order with pictures. I ordered a medium-sized Hainanese white-cut chicken for 185 baht, and also added a tempting portion of oily rice. The service staff was also kind enough to bring me a bowl of soup, which was a big plus! What surprised me even more was that they had three different flavors of seasonings, allowing me to adjust the taste according to my personal taste.
