Tai Hong Kong Shrine is located on Plabplachai Road. It is designed in Chinese architecture. It enshrines a replica of Luang Pu Tai Hong, a great monk with great compassion and kindness.
Luang Pu Tai Hong Kong was a real person in Zhejiang Province, China during the Song Dynasty. The shrine enshrines a replica of Luang Pu. People come to pay homage all the time. This place is also the starting point of the Por Tek Tung Foundation.
Tai Hong Kong Shrine is famous for warding off bad luck. It is believed that if someone whose luck is down and makes merit here, it will help lighten the burden.
Most people come here to ask for blessings, fortune, health, and success in their careers. You can also make merit by donating coffins for the homeless.

🚇 MRT, get off at Wat Mangkon Station, Exit 3 and walk through Soi Charoen Krung 21 for about 5-7 minutes.
