Xiamen Twin Towers stands on the 55th floor of Tower B at the Shimao Straits Plaza, offering the highest view in Xiamen. From a height of 300 meters, guests can gaze out over the sea-viewing Gulangyu Island and overlook the Xiagang district, known for its rich Xiamen atmosphere.
The twin tower landmark is shaped like a beautiful sail, comparable to the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. It also incorporates the visual element of Xiamen's city flower, "Bougainvillea", to create a coastal gateway building that shoulders the responsibility of continuing the cultural heritage of the old city and promoting the civilization of the new city.
The project consists of two 300-meter-tall supertall buildings, one housing a five-star hotel and top-tier offices, the other a SOHO office space, and a podium building integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment, and dining. The project was delivered and put into use in October 2015.
Suitable for all seasons
Recommended play time: 2-3 hours
The viewing platform below is free, but the ticket to Xiamen on the 55th floor is 120 yuan.
