Salt Soup Ramen in Ekkamai area

#tripflyingtoprayfornewyear Yume ramen is located on the 1st floor of the Park Lane Ekkamai project. There are both counter bar and regular table seats to choose from. If you want the feeling, choose the bar. If you want the space, choose a table.

The menu I ordered was Shio Ramen Special, special salt soup ramen (Chiken & Shrimp) 298.- The salt soup is very fragrant and well-rounded. The chicken breast is soft and melts in your mouth. The minced shrimp is shaped into meatballs. Eat it with the soup, it goes down smoothly. The chashu pork is also well-made, soft, with a slightly burnt aroma. The shrimp dumplings might be the only thing I don't like in this bowl, but it's not that they're not delicious. I just don't understand why they're included. It's kind of strange. 😂 As for the Chinese kale, it's probably the only thing I chewed hard. Lastly, there was the pickled soft-boiled egg. It was very good.

Every seat has chili peppers that are roasted by the chef himself. They smell good. Eating them with the soup changes the taste to another level. Oh, I forgot to say, it's spicy. Don't try it if you can't eat spicy.
