Pay homage to Luang Pho Phra Bang Prasit Chok at Wat Eiam Woranut

#SingleTravelPlaces
🏡Wat Aiem Woranut was established in 1784. It was originally called Wat Thong Kung. Later, Palat Nuch renovated it, so the villagers called it Wat Palat Nuch. During the reign of King Rama V, Grandma Aiem built the Ubosot. His Majesty therefore ordered that the name of the builder should be included in the temple's name. The temple was thus named Wat Aiem Woranut.
Important and interesting things in the temple are as follows:
🏠 Ubosot: Inside, there is the principal Buddha image, the left and right chief disciples, Luang Por Sarapat Chang, and Phra Sivali.

In front of the Ubosot, there is Luang Por Phra Bang Prasit Chok or Phra E Bang, which was invited from the northeastern region of Thailand.

🏕 Guan Yin Shrine: This is where the Bodhisattva Guan Yin, the Sri Ariya Maitreya, the Bhaisajyaguru Vaidurya Prabhat Tathagata, and many other Buddha images are enshrined.

🛕 Parinirvana Stupa Or the cremation pagoda is a small white pavilion. Inside is the enshrined Buddha who entered nirvana.
🏕Luang Pu Thuat Shrine Inside is the enshrined Luang Pu Thuat who stepped on the sea water.
