Huanglongtan, located within the Lushan Scenic Area, lies beneath a canyon shaded by ancient trees, where dense shade casts shadows over the sky and branches block out the sun. A stream weaves through large rocks, cascading down through a large crack in the rock, cascading into a deep, green pool. Stone carvings surround the waterfall. It's said that Huanglongtan is a place of good fortune. Washing hands in its waters can wash away bad luck.
Huanglongtan is characterized by its profound serenity and tranquility. The rock walls on either side are deep and steep, with a sloping, cracked rock formation in the middle. A stream weaves through the vines and rocks, cascading down like a silver thread or a white silk silk. The silver waterfall flows through the drop and crashes into the dark green pool, creating a thunderous sound.
The pool swirls with turquoise water, its bottom indistinct. The chill is chilly and unfathomable, making one feel as if a dragon lurks beneath. The pool's three walls rise steeply, the front draped like steps. A waterfall cascades year-round, like a dragon bowing its head into the water. The top of the pool is shaded by greenery, creating a cool, tranquil atmosphere. Sitting beside it, the summer heat is instantly reassured. On the cliff in front of the pool, the words " Dragon Spring " and " Quiet Listening " are carved into stone.
After a heavy rain, stand by the pond and watch countless pearls cascade down the stream, a cascade tearing through the cliffs. The endless rumble of thunder spreads from here, echoing through the deep mountains and dense forests, and a sense of heroism wells up in your heart. Sitting quietly by the pond, listening to the falling leaves on the ancient path and the birds singing in the stream, you will naturally feel a sense of being far away from the world and extraordinary.
