Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn, is one of Bangkok's famous royal temples. Located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in the Thonburi district, it is second in scale only to the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. The temple was originally built during the Ayutthaya period and was later named in honor of King Taksin, the 41st king of Thailand and a Chinese-Thai national hero. Its iconic structure is the 79-meter-high prang (tower) in the Brahmin style, adorned with colorful porcelain and glass, and is often referred to as the 'Eiffel Tower of Thailand' for its artistic value.
Best Sunset Viewing Spots

2. Off-the-Beaten-Path Spot: Soi Tha Suphan Alley, where you can capture cyberpunk-style photos when the lights come on during the blue hour.
