#InsomniaInExhibition
"Dream a Little Dream" is an exhibition that takes us on a journey into the world of dreams, revisiting childhood memories through art filled with imagination and boundless dreams.
The exhibition showcases works by six artists, each telling stories of hope and ambition, exploring the essence of pure dreams that once drove us to strive for great goals. They include:
• Ping Manthana Lertkrakitja (Huyaow)
• Parn Aniwat Akkhasutthikorn (Wood You Mind)
• Kung Sasiwimol Sunthonwikran (Chokung)
• Tui Boonsit Yoothaworn (Tui)
• Bryan Reynald C. Antonio (Humbly)
• NoiNah Suriya Uthairat (NoiNah)
The exhibition asks ourselves: Will we continue to use our dreams as a compass, or will we abandon them when faced with reality? Do childhood dreams still play a role in your present life?
As children, we all dreamed, filled with hope and ambition. Childhood dreams are often unbound by the reality of everyday life, because we are unconstrained by the limitations that can destroy the purity of those fantasies. We can imagine a bright future without fear of failure.
But as we grow older, we begin to realize the realities of life, limitations, and increasing responsibilities. Pursuing our dreams may not be as easy as we once thought. Many people find themselves facing unexpected obstacles. Sometimes, bright dreams fade, or they are modified to fit the circumstances and realities they face.
However, despite the uneven and uneasy path, childhood dreams still play a vital role in many people's present lives. They may not be in the form we originally envisioned, but they remain a vital source of energy, reminding us of our true starting point and purpose in life.
In a world of uncertainty and change, it's important to maintain childhood dreams because they affirm our ability to dream and create the future we desire. These dreams provide us with the motivation, hope, and ambition to achieve what we desire. Regardless of the changes or adaptations, we can choose to continue using our dreams as a compass, or even change our path, while still maintaining the spirit of our dreams.
Ultimately, childhood dreams are like seeds planted in our hearts. They may grow into large trees or change over time, but the important thing is not to abandon them. When we learn to nurture our dreams and adapt them to reality, we'll find that these dreams not only help us move forward, but also help us create a more meaningful life.
