Devils Curry next to BTS Victory Monument

A bold curry shop in the Victory Monument area. The shop is located on the 1st floor of Victory Corner, very convenient as it is right next to BTS Victory Monument station.

When I went, there were no customers yet, so no need to wait in line. But after a while, people started coming in. The seating inside is not very many, about 10 seats. If you come around lunchtime, you might have to take a chance. The staff is quick to serve. There is free drinking water and ice, as well as free pickled vegetables that help cut the richness very well.

I chose the chicken curry menu with spice level 2 (out of 9 levels), which is a spicy level for humans. For those who are not good with spicy food like me, it still felt a bit spicy. I recommend if you don’t eat spicy at all, start at level 1.

For this dish, I chose the reduced rice option topped with cheese and spinach. It was served with egg soup that has a slightly sweet taste, suitable for those who like a mild flavor like me. Even with reduced rice, the portion was still large, and finishing it made me very full!

The price is quite reasonable compared to the quantity and taste you get. If you come around Victory Monument and don’t know what to eat, I highly recommend Devils Curry. It’s delicious and filling.
