Bangkok Park Hyatt | Love Never Fades

Family, I'm back to talk about the Bangkok Park Hyatt again! Two years ago, during my first stay, I was captivated by its pristine design full of Thai charm, especially the bathroom with its light wood-paneled walls that exuded a cozy ambiance. The public areas of the hotel are also amazing, with long corridors and staircases that create a great sense of space. At the time, I thought it was the top Park Hyatt hotel of them all!
This Christmas, I stayed there again. The hotel was adorned with Christmas trees that perfectly complemented its overall style—absolutely stunning. However, I was a bit disappointed with the deluxe suite I stayed in. The room was long and narrow, with limited actual space, making it feel like a trek to move around. Plus, there was only one bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. Thankfully, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the corner were a big plus, offering breathtaking views during sunset and nighttime.
The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of options and allows for à la carte orders, but the taste still falls short compared to the Rosewood Hotel. On the other hand, I must praise their spa—it truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best in Bangkok! The massage therapists are incredibly skilled, providing an experience that surpasses even the Rosewood's spa. Just for the massage alone, I’d want to return!
That said, compared to two years ago, the hotel does feel a bit dated. The white decor, while beautiful, tends to show its age more easily. Yet, as I soaked in the bathtub at night, I couldn't help but marvel at how timelessly elegant it still is. Although the initial fiery love I had for it has mellowed, I’d still choose this place the next time I visit Bangkok!
