The Emerald - A Grand Dinner Buffet in the Ratchada Area

I had the chance to try the dinner buffet here, and I must say the variety of food is incredible! The buffet runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM without any rush ✨. Each month, there are promotions like "Come 4, Pay for 3."

🌟 Highlights:
• Spaghetti with truffle cream sauce: Absolutely delightful, aromatic, and perfectly cooked pasta.
• Unlimited grilled prawns.
• Spicy papaya salad with crab: Choose from different styles like spicy salad, traditional papaya salad, or fermented fish sauce.
• Freshly made Thai coconut pancakes: Super satisfying, but you need to inform the staff as they’re not pre-set.
• Live cooking stations: Dishes like braised pork leg rice or fish porridge are highly recommended. Opt for the soup version to enjoy more fish.
• Foie Gras and Otoro: Fresh and satisfying. You can order as much as you like. Sushi options are plentiful, though the rice portion is a bit much.
• Desserts: Many delicious options, especially the coconut macarons—unique and tasty!

🦐 Seafood on Ice: Includes prawns, blue crabs, oysters, and mussels. The seafood dipping sauce is excellent—spicy but not overwhelming.
