A Feast Above the Clouds: Sky Dining at Sheraton Sukhumvit

Located in the heart of the city, the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Bangkok, offers not only elegant accommodations but also a culinary experience at its high-floor restaurant, Red Oven. Designed with a creative visual concept resembling a hot air balloon factory, the restaurant provides expansive views, allowing diners to enjoy their meals while overlooking the Chao Phraya River and the city skyline—a truly luxurious experience.

The buffet lineup is impressive, featuring dishes ranging from handmade Pad Kra Pao (stir-fried pork with basil) and coconut milk soup to fresh oyster sashimi and wood-fired pizza. Highly recommended are the freshly prepared Tom Yum Goong soup and oven-roasted duck breast, both bursting with aroma and rich flavors. This was one of my most unforgettable meals in Bangkok, where both the palate and the soul take flight.
