#Bangkok Transportation Guide
As the oldest institution of higher learning in Bangkok, Chulalongkorn University not only carries a profound academic heritage, but the vast green spaces and beautiful vegetation on campus make people linger. Just outside the school gate is the bustling Chulalongkorn Night Market, where you can experience both the cultural atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of the city in one trip. The following is a detailed transportation guide for you to easily explore this university and its surrounding charm.
Public transportation: The most convenient way is to take the Bangkok BTS Skytrain to Mo Chit or Siam Station. After exiting from Exit 2 of Mochi Station, you can take a taxi or Grab, which takes about 10 minutes. After exiting from Exit 2 of Siam Station, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the northwest gate of the campus, and you can also enjoy the street scenery along the way. Alternatively, you can take the MRT subway to Sukhumvit Station, and then take a bus or taxi after exiting the station.
Self-driving or chartered car: Use navigation software (such as Google Maps) to search for "Chulalongkorn University". If you are driving by yourself, please be aware of the traffic congestion in Bangkok city. It is recommended to avoid rush hours in the morning and evening. Some areas on campus have parking spaces open to the public, but the number is limited; you can also choose to park your car in paid parking lots in surrounding shopping malls.
