My partner and I had the most memorable stay at The Salil Hotel Riverside, a hidden gem perfectly nestled along the enchanting Chao Phraya River, Bangkok.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s charm and elegance. The room is uniquely themed with thoughtfully curated decor, giving the space a boutique yet luxurious feel, truly a refreshing departure from the usual hotel aesthetic. Moreover, the accommodation was well-equipped, comfortable and the floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views.
One of the highlights of our stay was the riverfront dining experience. Enjoying a romantic dinner by the water, with the city lights reflecting on the river, felt like something out of a dream. The on-site bar also offered a cozy atmosphere and a great selection of cocktails, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
We took full advantage of the hotel’s spa and outdoor pool, both of which were beautifully maintained and added to the relaxing vibe of our stay. Another huge plus was the free boat shuttle, which made accessing major attractions like Icon Siam, Asiatique, and the BTS station effortless and enjoyable.
