Breakfast Heaven in Bangkok: Voilà! at Sofitel Sukhumvit

During our recent stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, we had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Voilà!, the hotel’s signature buffet restaurant. The breakfast was included with our stay, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the biggest highlights of our trip.

By far, this was the best breakfast spread I’ve ever come across in a hotel. The sheer variety of food was incredible — from freshly baked pastries and artisanal breads to Asian specialties, eggs cooked to order, cold cuts, fresh fruits, and more. Every corner of the buffet offered something different and exciting, and what impressed me most was not just the quantity, but the consistently high quality of every dish.

Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty Western breakfast, light Asian fare, or healthy juices and yoghurts, Voilà! has it all covered — and done exceptionally well. The service was polished and attentive, and the whole experience made mornings feel indulgent and relaxing.

Frankly, this restaurant alone is reason enough for me to return to Sofitel the next time I’m in Bangkok. Absolutely worth waking up for.
