Strolling through the KAWS:Holiday Thailand event

Recently, we had the chance to take a walk at the KAWS:HOLIDAY THAILAND event,
which was held at Sanam Luang, in front of the Grand Palace, right in the heart of Bangkok. It’s considered a major event that art lovers and photography enthusiasts must not miss.

When we went, it was in the evening, the weather was just right, with a gentle breeze and not too hot, making it perfect for a relaxed stroll through the event.
The crowd was lively, including both Thai people and foreigners, all eagerly taking photos with the giant KAWS figures nonstop.

This event is an outdoor art project by the world-renowned American artist KAWS (Brian Donnelly), known for his unique contemporary cartoon character designs that perfectly blend a sense of “cuteness + melancholy.”
