This time, the soup is served hot for you to pour as you like.

There are 2 types of soup to choose from:
- Yuzu Sunrise Special: Hot chicken bone broth mixed with a slightly sour yuzu, balanced with salty salt. Deliciously perfect.
- Spicy Sunset Fusion: Spicy soup made from fresh chili and Japanese spices. Perfect for those who love spicy food.

There are both beef and pork menu options:
- Beef is from the neck part, large pieces, perfect for meat lovers.
- Pork ham is from the thigh, large premium pieces.
- Braised pork belly melts in your mouth, very tender.

What we ate:
• Yuzu Shio Paitan Ramen with yuzu soup and neck beef (319 THB)
• Nikumi Buta Premium with yuzu soup and braised pork belly (299 THB)
• Delish Buta Premium with spicy soup and premium pork ham (279 THB)
• Pepsi Yuzu Float (when ordering this ramen menu, redeem for only 49 THB)
