After walking until my legs were weak and my back couldn’t straighten, I randomly picked a place that made me so happy I cried!! On the 3rd floor of Central World, "Fa pla tahn Kim Fuk Kee" specializes in fish dishes, and the eye-catching "Yellow Emperor Noodles and Fish Roe Congee" on the wall immediately whetted my appetite～🐟

My friend and I ordered one dry noodles and one soup noodles, and the dry noodles even came with fish soup! The bowl was loaded with ingredients—fried wontons, fried fish meat, fresh fish meat, fish dumplings, all included, topped with crushed peanuts🥜. The spicy noodles paired with the fresh, sweet fish soup were soul-stirring with every bite! The broth was so fresh it could make your eyebrows fall off, an indescribable deliciousness!
