【Bangkok】 Asiatique Riverfront Night Market

Asiatique The Riverfront covers an area of 4.8 hectares and is a complex combining shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s not just a night market but more like an open plaza with an exotic atmosphere. It is divided into four main themed zones: The Charoenkrung District features spectacular cabaret shows and Muay Thai performances; the Town Square District offers street performances and international cuisine; the Factory District is a shopper’s paradise; and the highly recommended Riverside District lets you stroll along a 300-meter-long waterfront promenade and take a ride on the Ferris wheel to enjoy the sunset and night views of the Chao Phraya River—super romantic!
This time, since I was a bit tired, I only took a quick walk around, but the overall atmosphere of Asiatique is very comfortable and clean. It’s quite different from traditional night markets, more like a combination of a food court and a market, perfect for a relaxed stroll and taking photos. Next time, I definitely want to catch a show to make the trip worthwhile!
