If you love pork leg, you can’t miss Charoen Saeng Silom, a legendary famous shop on Charoen Krung Road, serving for over 60 years! Their signature dish is “braised pork leg” stewed until tender and soft, fragrant with authentic Chinese five-spice flavor.
This time we ordered the “meat with skin + intestines” option. The meat and skin melt in your mouth, and the intestines are excellent—no unpleasant odor, clean, and stewed thoroughly. Enjoy it with hot steamed rice and the shop’s special tangy and spicy dipping sauce for even more deliciousness.
The shop opens from morning until afternoon, and they sell out quickly. It’s best to go before noon!
📍 Location: 492/6 Soi Charoen Krung 49, Bang Rak Subdistrict, Bang Rak District, Bangkok
🕘 Open daily 07:30–13:00 (Closed on Sundays)
