A pork leg restaurant in Bang Rak that is recommended by the Michelin Guide

This legendary pork leg restaurant in Silom has been open since 1959 and has won many awards such as Shell Chuan Chim, Michelin, BIB Gourmand, and others. With such a good reputation, we had to wake up early to try it out.

For the pork leg here, you can order every part of it, including leg (small/large), joint, meat, skin, intestines, and offal. It's complete with everything that a restaurant that specializes in pork legs deserves. For this meal, I went alone, so I ordered this dish.

➡️ Pork leg meat and skin - The pork is soft and tender. The braised sauce is a little salty and sweet and has a fragrant Chinese herb aroma. The thickness is just right, not too sweet or thick that it becomes sticky in your mouth like some other restaurants. The pork skin is soft and melts in your mouth. The dipping sauce is full of chili and garlic. It's so spicy that your sweat will flow. It helps cut through the greasiness and enhances the taste even more. It's really delicious and you won't be disappointed.
