A self-serve Malatang shop where you pay by weight. You can take as much as you want according to your preference. This famous shop from China has opened several branches in Thailand. We visited the Union Mall branch. Fresh vegetables, quality meat including beef, chicken, pork, duck intestines, shrimp, shellfish, squid, and a full range of meatballs. There are also various types of noodles to choose from. The soup base options are many, but the recommended one is the classic Malatang, which is not too spicy and flavorful. If you prefer dry style or spicy salad style, those are available too.
