Catholic Church of Rattanakosin Era

Kalawar Church or Holy Rosary Church is a Roman Catholic Gothic-style church.

📍Located at Soi Wanich 2, Talat Noi Subdistrict, Samphanthawong District, Bangkok.
This church is not the first one but the third, built to replace the original church that was abandoned after a great fire in 1864. The current church was constructed by Father Desalles, a Frenchman, in 1891. The church is now 133 years old and is considered one of the oldest churches from the Rattanakosin period.
