The Marine Department is a government agency located in a historic tourist area in the Talat Noi community. From the past to the present, the Marine Department has a history spanning 160 years.
The Marine Department has opened a community tourism route between the Thonburi side community and the Talat Noi community on the Phra Nakhon side, using the Marine Department pier as the central point for water tourism.
