【Bangkok】Michelin Recommended Restaurant RONGROS

"RONGROS" is located in Bangkok's old town area and is a Michelin recommended restaurant. You can take the Bangkok MRT to Sanam Chai station, and from there it's about a 5-6 minute walk to the restaurant. Restaurant Exterior and Interior Atmosphere
The exterior of "RONGROS" is not large, featuring a Modi blue tone with Chinese-style decor. The facade is adorned with green plants, creating a fresh and exotic atmosphere. The interior design follows a Chinese style with a strong nostalgic feel.

Although the indoor space is small, it mainly consists of tables for 2 to 4 people. Upstairs, there is an outdoor seating area facing the Wat Arun temple across the river, offering beautiful riverside views.

Ordered Three Dishes
Green Curry Chicken: Served with two pieces of the restaurant’s homemade crispy fried bread, paired with rich and sweet curry. The chicken is tender and juicy, making it a perfect match with white rice.

Watermelon with Fish Floss: One of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Fresh watermelon cubes are sprinkled with crispy fish floss. The fish floss is slightly salty but not greasy, blending perfectly with the sweetness of the watermelon for a sweet and salty combination.

Pineapple Fried Rice: Served in a hollowed-out pineapple, which is both visually appealing and adds a refreshing touch.

Mango Passion Fruit Smoothie:
Made with mango as the base, it is sweet and fragrant without being heavy. It is complemented by the fresh aroma of passion fruit and mint leaves, making each sip very refreshing. It is recommended to squeeze the passion fruit into the smoothie and stir it, so every sip combines the flavors of mango and passion fruit—truly the taste of summer!
