SHABU BARU, premium grade personal shabu pot 🍲✨

I tried shabu at SHABU BARU at The Circle Ratchapruek. 🫶🏻

I really love the restaurant's layout, a glass bar surrounded by trees. It feels very open and airy, with beautiful lighting and a great atmosphere. It's a great place to sit and enjoy a meal.

The restaurant serves shabu in individual pots, with a choice of sukiyaki in black soup (+100 baht) or shabu shabu in clear soup. I ordered the pork shabu shabu set, which included a large tray of pork and a vegetable set. I also ordered Japanese glass noodles.

The taste was pretty good, light (I usually like spicy food, but I ordered the clear soup, so I found it a bit bland). The ingredients were good, and I ate it with the dipping sauce and other toppings. Overall, it was okay. The price was a bit steep, around 5xx-6xx baht per person, but it was worth it for the quality and service. 👍🏻

Every set also comes with dessert, so it's a complete meal! 🤩
