The dish is generously topped with sauce, making it flavorful without being overly greasy. The crispy pork belly is perfectly sized, with a thin, crunchy skin and tender, juicy meat inside. Pairing it with spring onions and chili enhances the taste wonderfully. The red pork is equally delightful, with a soft texture and balanced flavor that is sure to please.

Bitter Melon Pork Rib Soup: The broth has a mild bitterness that isn't overwhelming, and the pork ribs are slow-cooked until tender. Enjoying a bite of pork rib with bitter melon is truly satisfying. Personally, I prefer the soup to have a slight bitterness for a more robust flavor.
