Hundred-year-old noodles from Hong Kong. Very delicious noodles💥

This restaurant has been around for over 100 years and has been awarded a Michelin star. Recommended dishes include the signature shrimp wonton noodles.
The price is a bit steep for the portion, but it's delicious.
The first bite is crunchy. The thin noodles are soft and chewy, with a pleasant texture.
The shrimp wontons are also springy and packed full, just like Hong Kong style.
The restaurant is small, with only about 5-6 tables.

P.S.
The area is lined with delicious food, so we've been to many restaurants. When we decided to try the noodles at this restaurant, we thought it was pretty good.
If we were to eat here as our main dish, we could probably eat three bowls, haha.
