Want to run together?🏃‍♀️🌿🌳@Suan Luang Rama IX

Suan Luang Rama IX Park is Bangkok's largest public park and botanical garden, spanning over 500 rai. It's a lush greenery, perfect for a variety of activities, including exercise. It's a perfect spot for people of all ages.
The day we visited, the weather was pleasant and cool. We decided to leave early to avoid parking issues and avoid the crowds. If you're driving, there's a 10 baht entrance fee and a 10 baht car fee. Personally, I arrived around 4:00 PM. The weather was perfect, with some mild sunshine. Those who don't like the sun can arrive around 5:00 PM, but it gets crowded. On weekends, you'll find plenty of walking and jogging companions. There's also a health park with exercise equipment, practically an outdoor gym. 😅✌️ I've observed families bringing their children for a stroll, picnics, and couples lounging by the pond, taking photos, and pedaling paddle boats. It's so romantic, and the cool breeze makes you forget you're running. 😂🏃♀️
It's probably not about timing. Let's focus on taking a deep breath.

For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and have a short commute, this is a great place to stop by. Especially during the winter, you'll see beautiful flowers all around the park. (Note: If you come during the rainy season, you might not see many, but you'll get a view of the green trees instead. 🌳🌿
