[Bangkok, Thailand] Delicious Pad Thai with the Fragrance of Shrimp Oil and Premium Orange Juice at Thip Samai

Pad Thai is one of Thailand's classic dishes.
Literally translated, Pad Thai is stir-fried Thai.
This time, I visited the ICONSIAM location.

This dish is made by stir-frying flat rice noodles called sen lek with shrimp and vegetables, and is also known as Thai-style fried noodles.

Thip Samai is a long-established restaurant specializing in Pad Thai.
As you'd expect from a Pad Thai specialty restaurant, they offer a wide variety of Pad Thai dishes.

I ordered Thip Samai's classic dish: Pad Thai Ho Kai.

This dish uses shrimp oil, has shrimp mixed into the sen lek, and is garnished with two large shrimp.
The gentle sweetness of tamarind adds an indescribable Thai flavor.

Served with delicious noodles wrapped in egg, as its name suggests, Pad Thai is a must-try dish when visiting Thailand.

The orange juice, rumored to be more expensive than the pad thai, is also a staple. It's unsweetened, 100% freshly squeezed, and filled with chunks of fruit pulp.

Enjoying a slightly luxurious local meal is a fun experience, so this is a recommended restaurant!
