I went on a weekday around noon, and the crowd was quite manageable. No queue to enter, and only about a 10–15 minute wait to pay after picking out the merch.

Located inside EmSphere, this branch is both a café and a shop. They serve drinks and bagels ☕🥯, while also selling all kinds of adorable Butter Bear merchandise — backpacks, clothes, cookies, headbands, plushies, stress balls, and more. It’s a total cuteness overload; you’ll want to buy everything! 🐻✨

Prices are pretty reasonable too — for example, the plush bear in photo 6 was 790฿ (around SGD 32 / RMB 158).
